1st place: Lois!

“I started singing with Freedom Vocals in January. For the last four years I have been performing but felt I needed to improve my vocal range and control, especially for belting.

Within this time Liberty has built up my confidence and challenged me. Liberty has always been welcoming with her beautiful smile and has made me feel comfortable. I feel my voice, vocal range, belt and control have improved tremendously! I honestly can’t believe that I have Student of the Year. Thank you so much Liberty.” - Lois. 💜

2nd place: Leyla!

"Liberty is such an amazing teacher, she always welcomes me with a smile on her face! She has taught me so well and help me overcome challenges with my singing.

In lessons the atmosphere is great and the treats at the end of each lesson make it even more special. I’ve really grown as a singer and developed my breathing skills in ways I could’ve never imagined!

My lessons have helped me leave my comfort zone and give above and beyond. But I wouldn’t be able to do this without the encouragement Liberty gives." - Leyla.

3rd Place: Will!

"Liberty greets me at the door at the start of my lessons and always asks how I am. The room is warm and cosy with a comfy sofa, she makes me feel relaxed and encourages me to move the cushions around how I like them. Liberty has a selection of fidget toys so if I'm feeling nervous I can help myself and it calms me down. Liberty understands that bright lights can be a bit overwhelming for me so she has a warm lamp and LED lights which she puts on instead if I ask. Liberty has helped me alot with increasing my overall confidence and makes singing fun, picking songs that suit my voice and encouraging me in different aspects such as using a microphone and working on stage presence. I always get a sticker and a packet of sweets at the end of the lesson which is a great bonus! I was shocked and very happy to receive 3rd place in student of the year!" - Will

"I have been teaching Will for over a year now and it is has been so wonderful to see him grow in confidence and ability. His voice is improving every week and it has been so much fun to coach him through the songs. Will always has a smile and a joke to share and works hard in his lessons. 4th Place: Jackie!

"I have been going to regular singing lessons with Liberty for nearly a year and what a joy it has been! Singing is so good for you and Liberty makes it fun, but pushes you on without you really realising it. 

She is very good at listening to what you wish to do and achieve and gently suggests ways ahead, unique to you.
